With the advent of new technologies, both the quality and quantity of information is increasing exponentially. This increase in data can cause significant problems and methods are needed to manage it. One solution is Aria-LIMS.

Aria-LIMS is designed to conform to state or national accreditation standards such as ISO 17025 and allows lab managers and QA officers to concentrate on other areas, knowing that the data management requirements such as audit trails, electronic signatures, and data integrity are fully met within the Aria-LIMS.

Aria-LIMS (Chemical)

This product is designed for facilities that process materials continuously such as oil refineries, chemical plants, water treatment plants and etc. Testing is performed in these facilities by taking samples from different points of the production process. Test results can provide feedback about the operating conditions of the facility as well as the quality of the materials and the final product. Besides the main features mentioned before, Aria-LIMS (Chemicals) is equipped with features such as control charts, product tracking, lot tracking, Alarming system, PFDs data tracking and etc.

We succeed to implement and customized Aria-LIMS (Chemical) for more than 25 petrochemicals, oil, and refineries that some of them are biggest in the world (such as Jam petrochemical, Arvand Petrochemical, and South Pars Gas Fields Phases 1 to 24).

AriaLIMS (Water Supply)

Water supply and sanitation are under quality and condition tests; this information is fatal for public health. AriaLIMS can provide users with GIS maps and also reduce the costs of sampling and testing by using IoT technology

Water and wastewater facilities are responsible for protecting public health by ensuring that standards of sewage and drinking water treatment meet regulatory guidelines. To this end, these types of facilities mandate 24-hour laboratory services that process high volumes throughput that incorporate compliant sampling plans and data security to ensure the safety of all water supplies. All this testing is to ensure the drinking water supplied to the population is of a suitable quality, so every test must ensure that the results are within certain concentration limits. Non-conformance may need to be reported and oftentimes results in corrective action being taken by the water authority. This increases the complexity of the sampling plan for a certain time period, by requiring additional testing at the site that had the non-conformity.

Connect to smart water quality sensors (IoT sensors) that measure a dozen of the most relevant water quality parameters and report it online.

The water quality parameters measured include pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), oxidation-reduction potential (ORP), conductivity (salinity), turbidity, temperature and dissolved ions (Fluoride (Fluoride (F-), Calcium (Ca2+), Nitrate (NO3-), Chloride (Cl-), Iodide (I-), Cupric (Cu2+), Bromide (Br-), Silver (Ag+), Fluoroborate (BF4-), Ammonia (NH4), Lithium (Li+), Magnesium (Mg2+), Nitrite (NO2-), Perchlorate (ClO4), Potassium (K+), Sodium (Na+).
