In order to find out how IPIMS or different modules of it, has helped our customers do their job better and what can be done to improve the experience of our customers, over the last few months we ask over 1000 of our users in different companies to answer our survey.
as the result shows over 80 percent of our customers believe that troubleshooting in the plant has been made easier after implementing at least one module of IPIMS.
survey shows that 85 percent of our customers are completely satisfied with how paper works have been reduced after implementing IPIMS, although others think there is more to be done.
